Jean (Barbrick) Magro,
of Mansfield, wife of the late John Magro, died at Seasons Hospice of Milton on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. She was 84. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Catherine (Sheehan) Barbrick.
Jean grew up in the Jamaica Plain section Boston and was a graduate of Boston schools. For ten years she was employed by the Chocolate Factory of Mansfield. Jean enjoyed playing Bingo, traveling to Florida, watching the Celtics play basketball, but her most enjoyment was the time spent with her family.
Her survivors include, three daughters, Katherine Regan and her husband Tim of Mansfield, Debra Lovett and her husband Dana of Boynton Beach, FL and Phyllis Sheldon and her husband Paul of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Timothy Regan and his wife Jenna of Lunenburg, Paul Sheldon Jr. of Attleboro, Kelly Regan of Quincy and John Sheldon of Mansfield. Also survived by her great-granddaughter, Harper Jean Regan.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 330 Pratt St (Rte. 106), Mansfield on Monday, May 22nd at 10 am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Her burial will be private at a later date. Calling hours are omitted.
