Mary Lou (Collins) Stewart,
of North Attleboro formerly of Foxboro died peacefully at the Madonna Manor of North Attleboro on April 16, 2016. She was 81. Born, raised and educated in East Orange, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Edward C. and Mary (O’Shea) Collins.
Mary was employed as a saleswoman for over twenty years and prior to that she was employed by Texas Instruments in Attleboro for nineteen years. She was an avid Patriots fan and was employed at the former Schaefer Stadium when the Patriots made their home in Foxboro in 1971. She enjoyed time spent with her family and dining out at her favorite spot Geno’s Restaurant and Lounge of Mansfield.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Stewart and his wife Deborah of Foxboro and Kevin Stewart and his wife Cheryl of Morgantown, PA; two daughters, Patti Piecewicz and her husband Raymond Baillargeon of North Brookfield and Cathy Spiezio and her husband John of Mansfield; eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was also the longtime companion of the late Paul Plumb for thirty years.
Her funeral will be held from the Bolea-Amici Funeral Home, 115 N. Main Street Mansfield on Wednesday April 20th at 10:00am. Graveside service 11:00am at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Foxboro. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 19th from 5 to 8 pm.
