Norman H. Brasslow,
of Norton, died Wednesday, February 11th at Brockton Health Center. He was 88 years old.
Born in Braintree on March 1, 1926, he was the loving son of the late Simon & Ida (Feinstein) Brasslow.
Mr. Brasslow served in the United States Navy during WWII and was an Electrical Contractor & Owner of George Norman Electric. He was an avid golfer and longtime member of the Sharon Country Club.
Mr. Brasslow was the loving Father of Jodi Farretta & her husband Dennis of FL and the late Richard and Kenneth Brasslow. He was the cherished grandfather of Reece & Andrew Farretta & Jared Brasslow, dear brother of the late Blanche Satter and Lillian Schindler and the uncle of Joanne Howard & her husband Alan of FL and the late David Satter. He is also survived by his dear companion Geraldine Abbott of Foxboro & her family.
Arrangements are being made by the Bolea-Amici Funeral Home, 115 N. Main Street in Mansfield. A Graveside Service will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne on Tuesday April 7 at 12:30pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours are being omitted.
Due to his devotion to raising Great Danes and love for animals, donations may be made in Mr. Brasslow’s memory to the Mansfield Animal Shelter, 175 Fruit Street, Mansfield, MA 02048.
