Marilyn Lee (Cosh) Hill

Marilyn Lee (Cosh) Hill, of Foxboro, died on January 27, 2013, on her 66th birthday at home surrounded by her loving family after a long, courageous battle with breast cancer. She was the daughter of the late Esther (Ross) & Richard Cosh.

Marilyn was a graduate of Foxboro High School, class of 1964 and went on to the Chandler Secretarial School in Boston. She had a dedicated career in medical transcription, most recently working at both Sturdy & Norwood Hospitals.

Marilyn's greatest loves were her family, especially her children & grandchildren. She truly enjoyed vacationing in York Beach, Maine and being a champion Scrabble player.

Marilyn leaves a daughter, Candace Farias & her husband Tom of Leominster, 2 sons, Joshua Hill & his wife Kate of Foxboro & Darren Hill of Norwood. She was predeceased by a son, David Hill, Jr. of North Attleboro, a very special aunt & Uncle Peg & Ralph Walling of Middleton. She is also survived by her former spouse, David Hill of Foxboro.

Marilyn also leaves 3 grandchildren, the lights of her life, Ava & Andrew Hill and Logan Farias. She also leaves 2 sisters, Madelyn Peresich, her husband Mark & daughters Meg & Molly of Ocean Springs, MS & Jeannette Eckert, her husband Gary & daughter Nicole of East Dover, VT, 2 brothers, William Cosh & his wife Maureen of Boylston & Robert Cosh of Foxboro along with many dear nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Special thanks to her dear friends Linnea Richardson, Barbara Nisbet, Mary Parenteau & Fran Campbell for all their love and support during her illness.

There will be a Graveside Service officiated by Pastor Bill Dudley at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton on Friday, February 1st at 11:30am followed by a reception at the Union Church of South Foxboro, 384 South Street in Foxboro. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.

Arrangements are being made by Bolea-Amici Funeral Home, 115 North Main Street in Mansfield.
