Marion A. (Dearborn) DeThomaso,
of Quincy died Friday, January 4, 2013 at the Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation Center in Quincy. She was 92 years old and the former wife of Carmen A. DeThomaso. Born in Robinson, Maine on January 26, 1920, she was the loving daughter of the late Fred and Eva (Gilman) Dearborn. Mrs. DeThomaso was a graduate of ACI High School in Mars Hill, Maine and devoted Homemaker.
Marion's family would like to thank the Kindred Care Staff for their loving and compassionate care. We are sure she is already bugging the angels to scratch her back.
Mrs. DeThomaso was the loving mother of Nicholas (Peg) DeThomaso of Weymouth, Joanne (Fred) Solimini of Hanover and Gail DeThomaso of Kingston. She was the cherished grandmother of Michael (Karen) Solimini, Christine Solimini Swift, Lisa Balzano, Amy DeThomaso, Jill (Michael) Berry, great-grandmother of Christopher Solimini, Sierra Solimini, Emily Rose Swift, Zachary Balzano, Aaron Berry, Emma Berry, Delia Berry & great great-grandmother of Matthew Solimini. She was the dear sister of Walter and Harry Dearborn, both of Maine and the late Iola, Lenora, Virginia, Arthur, Danny, Henry and Fred.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John's Church, 44 School Street in Quincy on Thursday, January 10 at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the Bolea-Buonfiglio Funeral home, 116 Franklin Street, Quincy, prior to Mass from 8:30-9:30am. Interment in Blue Hill Cemetery.
