Oriana (Galgani) Segalini,
of Quincy, passed away on Saturday, September 22nd at Hancock Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Quincy. She was 100 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late Americo Segalini and also of the late Ferdinando Lucchesi. Born in Bagni Di Lucca, Italy on August 8, 1912, she was the loving daughter of the late Virginio and Adele (Barsanti) Galgani.
She worked as a Dressmaker for over 40 years serving several Clothing Stores in Boston as a member of the International Garment Workers Union. She had a passion for world travel and was a member of the St. John's Senior Citizens Group.
Mrs. Segalini was the cherished aunt of Yvonne Clerico and her husband Rudy of Weymouth and their children Mark of Randolph & Robert of Boston. She is also survived by extended family & friends.
Funeral from the Bolea-Buonfiglo Funeral Home, 116 Franklin Street, Quincy on Wednesday, September 26 at 9am. Followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John's Church, 44 School Street in Quincy at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Interment in St. Michael's Cemetery in Roslindale.
