Richard J. "Rich" Tocci,
of Whitman, formerly of Braintree, died Friday, June 24 at South Shore Hospital. He was 69 years old.
Born in Quincy on May 13, 1942, he was the loving son of Alba (DiBona) Tocci of Braintree and the late Edmund Tocci. Mr. Tocci was a Graduate of Archbishop Williams High School Class of 1960. He served in the United States Army Reserves. He worked for the Barile Plumbing Company, formerly of Braintree and then became the Owner & Operator of Barile Lawn Boy Company of Braintree and worked as an Engraver in the Granite and Monument Business.
Mr. Tocci was the loving father of Brent Tocci of Abington and his 3 children Brenna, Ethan and Cameron, Wendy Tocci of Kingston, NY and Stepfather of Jennifer Paul of NY and her daughter Makenna. He was the dear brother of Virginia Sines of Braintree and the late Paul Tocci. He is also survived by several nephews and his loving Companion Marylou Sandry of Abington.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Bolea-Buonfiglio Funeral Home, 116 Franklin Street, Quincy on Wednesday June 29 at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Interment in Pine Hill Cemetery.
