Alma (Salvucci) Tuffo,
of Quincy died Sunday February 6 at Sunrise of Braintree. She was 86 years old. She was the wife of the late James A. Tuffo
Born in Quincy on November 3, 1924, she was the loving daughter of the late Louis and Laura (Perruzzi) Salvucci. She was a loving and devoted homemaker with a great love and passion for her family and friends. She especially enjoyed cooking for them and always had her house open to all. She was a very multitalented and creative person. She loved gardening, knitting, antiques and cake decorating. She was a member of the Weymouth Club where she enjoyed water aerobics.
Mrs. Tuffo was the loving mother of Laurie Lopresti and her husband Chuck of Braintree, Gina Oriola and her husband Greg of Braintree and John Tuffo and his wife Patty of Abington. She was the cherished grandmother of Alex, Jacqueline, Chuck, Vanessa, Troy and Zack and great-grandmother of Mia. She was the dear sister of Viola Delorey of Weymouth, Lita Salvucci of Quincy and William Salvucci of Braintree. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements being made by the Boela-Buonfiglio Funeral Home, 116 Franklin Street in Quincy. Visiting hours are being held on Wednesday February 9 from 4-7pm.
