Elinor (Roffo) Cedrone of Quincy died Sunday May 30 at the Hancock Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Quincy. She was 91 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Cedrone.
Born in Milford on June 15, 1918, she was the loving daughter of the late Cesidio and Elvira (Conte) Roffo. Mrs. Cedrone attended Quincy High School and was a Seamstress for many years. She later went on to teach sewing at North Quincy High School in the evening Adult Education Classes. Up until two years ago she was an active member of the Stella Del Nord Ladies Lodge at the Quincy Sons of Italy.
is survived by her children, Leonard Cedrone and his companion Diane Garland of Quincy, Elaine Egan and her companion Gordon Smith of Dennis Port and Madalyn Gervasi and her husband Paul of Weymouth. She was the cherished grandmother of Christine Pierce and her husband James of Plymouth and great-grandmother to Isabella and Lydia.
FuneralBolea-Buonfiglio Funeral Home, 116 Franklin Street, Quincy on Thursday June 3 at 9am. Followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John's Church, 44 School Street, Quincy at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 4-8pm. Interment in Pine Hill Cemetery.
